The Role

As a Barista, you'll do more than serve great coffee. You'll help create an atmosphere where guests want to linger, connect, and return time and time again. From expertly crafted coffees and speciality drinks to genuine guest interactions, you'll play a key role in delivering a premium experience from the very first visit.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a brand-new venue launch, helping shape a hospitality concept that combines the sophistication of a private members' club with the energy of a world-class live music destination.

This is a casual opportunity, offering shifts based on business needs, events and operational requirements.

The Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a range of coffees, teas, and speciality beverages to company standards

  • Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other beverage equipment safely and efficiently

  • Provide fast, friendly, and professional customer service

  • Process transactions accurately using cashless EPOS systems

  • Maintain clean, organised, and fully stocked coffee stations throughout shifts

  • Support food preparation and service where required

  • Follow all food hygiene, health & safety, and allergen procedures

  • Work efficiently during high-volume event periods

  • Assist with setup and close-down of café and beverage service areas

  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth event operations

What we're looking for

  • Previous barista, café, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred

  • Knowledge of coffee preparation and milk steaming techniques is desirable

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to work quickly and remain calm under pressure

  • Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude

  • Flexible availability including evenings and weekends

  • Passion for delivering great guest experiences
