Full job description

Lockdown Bakehouse is a family-run business established during the 2020 lockdown. With a bustling bakery production site in Wimbledon we operate as a full-scale wholesale bakery supplying cafes across London seven days a week. We're looking for passionate and skilled baker to run the night shift team which only supplies to our own stores. You must be available for a the night shifts to include weekends . 10pm - 7am

As a skilled baker, you will be experienced in:

  • high hydration doughs
  • time management - able to run a shift
  • Classic baking (baguettes, tin loaves, etc.)
  • Lamination skills are a bonus

Responsibilities:

  • Produce a range of bread to a high standard
  • Follow established recipes and production schedules
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth bakery operations

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a skilled baker
  • Knowledge of sourdough and classic baking techniques
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

Job Details:
