Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and versatile Barista/All Rounder to join our dynamic team. This role involves preparing and serving high-quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with various operational tasks including serving ice creams/milkshakes/hot & cold beverages & snacks.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering a memorable experience to customers, maintain high standards of food safety, and be eager to contribute to a welcoming atmosphere. This position offers an engaging work environment where you can develop your skills in hospitality.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and other beverages
  • Assist customers with menu selections and provide exceptional customer service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kiosk area, whilst keeping appliances clean at all times.
  • Handle cash & card transactions accurately using the till system
  • Restock supplies and ensure stock levels are maintained throughout shifts
  • Support team members in busy periods to ensure smooth operation of the kiosk
  • Uphold health and safety standards across all areas of work

Experience

  • Previous barista experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations is advantageous
  • Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced environment is desirable
  • Basic maths skills for handling transactions and cash register operations
  • Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Ability to work well within a team and independently when needed

Pay: Up to £12.75 per hour

Expected hours: 8.0 – 30.0 per week
