Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service in a dynamic hospitality environment, ensuring guests have a memorable experience. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for food and beverage service, with a keen eye for detail and a friendly demeanour. Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is advantageous, but full training will be provided for the right applicant. Duties

  • Welcome guests warmly and manage reservations efficiently
  • Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly
  • Assist with food preparation and presentation as required
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and hygiene regulations
  • Handle customer enquiries professionally and resolve any issues promptly
  • Support barista duties if applicable, including preparing coffee and other beverages
