Full job description

We are looking for a professional employee who has Customer Service experience and is happy working with the public.

This role is a senior position with a minimum of a year's commitment who must be Barista trained.

We are looking for someone who will split their hours between our Royston Coffee House & our mobile Coffee Van. Application must have a valid UK drivers license and be able to work within surrounding villages.

Opening and Closing responsibilities are part of the role which will include dealing with daily cash takings and figures, locking up the business, closing down all machinery, cleaning and re stocking. It will also require the applicant to work on their own in our mobile Coffee Van at an additional site where they will be responsible for looking after service start to finish, running the Coffee machine, maintenance of the Van, closing and cleaning down after each use.

The role is at the forefront of our customers so a high standard of face to face customer service levels are essential for this position. Background knowledge of food service would be helpful but not required.

The team is a small, personable team where everyone pitches in to help, assist and improve each other.
