Good Time Golfin is looking for an enthusiastic, confident and motivated Supervisor to join our team!

If you’re passionate about hospitality, enjoy working with people and have the confidence to lead a team in a busy and fun environment, we’d love to hear from you.

The Role

As a Supervisor, you’ll play an important role in the day-to-day running of Good Time Golfin, helping to ensure our customers have an amazing experience every time they visit.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Duty Managers with the day-to-day operation of the venue
  • Leading and supporting the team during busy periods
  • Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high standards
  • Supervising staff and ensuring tasks are completed effectively
  • Supporting staff training and development
  • Helping to manage opening and closing procedures
  • Ensuring health & safety, cleanliness and company standards are maintained
  • Dealing confidently and professionally with customer queries
  • Supporting the bar, café, activities and general venue operation when required
  • Helping to motivate the team and create a positive working environment
  • Assisting with stock control and other operational duties

Previous supervisory experience is desirable, but we’re also interested in people who are ready to take their next step into leadership.
