Full job description

Oliphant & Pomeroy are looking to recruit a first-class team of bright, energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our bakery at Bicester Village for the Christmas period.

The role will involve making excellent coffee, serving our award-winning, freshly baked treats, and ensuring all customers have a happy and memorable experience whilst visiting our kiosk during the festive season.

Candidates must be hard-working, reliable and honest, with a positive attitude and a willingness to get stuck in. Availability to work weekends, evenings, bank holidays and throughout the busy Christmas period is essential.

An excellent knowledge of food hygiene and allergen regulations would be an advantage. Previous barista experience or training would also be beneficial, but full training will be provided.

Suitable candidates need to be able to work efficiently under pressure, bring energy and enthusiasm to a busy team, and deliver the highest level of customer care. Candidates should also be comfortable working independently, using their initiative and embracing responsibility.

Pay: £13.50 per hour
