Job Title: Trained Barista

Location: Stacey’s Kitchen, Abergwili

Job Type: Perm basis

Pay: A competitive salary based on experience.

Hours: 20-30 hours per week to include weekends

Are you a coffee pro with a passion for the perfect froth? Stacey’s Kitchen is looking for a Trained Barista who is as talented with latte art as they are with customer service.

Stacey's Kitchen is a vibrant local café known for quality, and they need someone who can help keep the standards high and the coffee flowing. If you’ve got the skills and the smile to match, get in touch!

Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and serving a wide range of coffee beverages to a consistently high standard.
  • Operating and maintaining espresso machines and other coffee equipment.
  • Ensuring the coffee bar is clean, tidy, and well-stocked at all times.
  • Providing excellent customer service, taking orders, and handling payments.
  • Advising customers on our coffee offerings and helping them choose.
  • Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Maintaining a welcoming and positive atmosphere for all customers.
What you'll bring:
  • Proven experience as a barista in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expert knowledge of coffee preparation techniques (espresso machine operation, milk texturing, latte art, various brewing methods).
  • Strong understanding of coffee beans and different roast profiles.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
