Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and presentation guidelines
  • Take orders from customers accurately, providing friendly and prompt service to enhance guest satisfaction
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and responsible alcohol service policies at all times
  • Manage cash transactions efficiently using basic math skills, including handling payments and giving correct change
  • Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, intervening when necessary to prevent over-intoxication or disturbances
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods, managing time effectively to serve all guests promptly

Experience

  • Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
  • Knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and serving procedures is advantageous
  • Familiarity with food safety standards and responsible alcohol service regulations
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume shifts
  • Ability to work well within a team while maintaining a positive attitude in fast-paced settings
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
  • Experience in customer service roles that involve hospitality or serving is highly valued
