Full job description

Are you a friendly, energetic individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service? We are looking for a dedicated Team member to join our dynamic team!

Position: Front of The House member
Location: 47 Northcote rd, SW11 1NJ (5min walk from Clapham Junction station)
Hours: Part time, Saturday & Sunday only

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat customers with a warm and welcoming attitude
  • Take accurate food and drink orders and deliver them promptly
  • Ensure tables are clean and set up for new guests
  • Provide menu recommendations and answer any customer inquiries
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback with professionalism
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a waitress or in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
  • Flexibility to work on weekends
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
