easyCoffee is an new exciting brand that is a part of the easyGroup family. We are now recruiting for a talented and fully flexible Team Member to join our easyCoffee Orpington team.

Skills and qualities easyCoffee are looking for are:

  • two year barista experience and customer service experience.
  • Customer Service; champion exceeding customer expectations and drive the business forward to consistently deliver brand excellence.
  • Team orientated and the ability to successfully work with others.
  • Well organised, good at prioritising and managing time.
  • Proven experience motivating, managing and maximising the performance of others.
