We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Chef de Partie to join our daytime café and production kitchen in West Byfleet. This is a serious, fast-paced role involving fresh food preparation for café service and bulk catering production for external clients and partner businesses. It suits a chef who enjoys responsibility, organisation, and working to volume in a structured kitchen.

The role includes:

  • Fresh food preparation for café service and high-volume catering production
  • Preparation of food for external clients, restaurants, and franchise partners
  • Hands-on kitchen duties including cleaning and washing up as part of the role
  • Maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards
  • Supporting smooth service and production during busy periods

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in a professional kitchen preferred
  • Comfortable with volume production and responsibility
  • Organised, reliable, and able to work efficiently under pressure

Hours & benefits:

  • Daytime shifts only: 6am–2pm or 9am–5:30pm
