Are you ready to take on more responsibility in a fast-paced and vibrant environment? Our popular street food stall at York's bustling Shambles Market food court is looking for a shift leader to join our team!

If you’re a food lover with management aspirations, top-notch customer service skills, and thrive in a lively setting, we want to hear from you. This role is perfect for someone who’s ready to step into a leadership position while keeping the fun, dynamic spirit of KREP alive.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Taking charge of shifts, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Leading and motivating our awesome team members.
  • Managing stock and placing orders to keep us running seamlessly.
  • Opening and closing the stall, including cash handling and reporting.
  • Assisting with morning prep, set-up, and service during busy periods.
  • Upholding our high standards in food, presentation, and customer service.
  • Supporting ongoing staff training and development.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a kitchen, café, catering, or market stall setting.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • A hands-on, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Passion for food, hospitality, and delivering a great customer experience.
