Full job description

BARISTA in LONDON, NW3 2PS Silverberry is looking for people friendly team members for the front of the house. If you are a people person, passionate about food and drink especially artisanal coffee and like to work in a busy environment with fun this job is for you.

confident in latte art and experince in speciality coffee shops required

  • Greeting customers as they arrive
  • Advise on the best choices for each customer and answer questions
  • Take orders and deliver them to the table or to customer safely, swiftly and accurately
  • Attend to the tables and guarantee compliance to cleanliness standards
  • Check the quality of the final servings and resolve any issues
  • Deliver checks and accept payment
  • Work with other staff as a team
  • Work diligently to achieve outstanding service quality
  • Making sure high level of hygiene is in place in the area specified as the front of the house

Requirements

  • Proven experience as wait staff
  • Ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers and ensure mutual satisfaction
  • Customer-oriented and planning skills
  • Working knowledge of cash register and any ordering information system
  • Outstanding people skills
  • Patient and friendly with demonstrated experience in problem solving
