This is a face-to-face sales role supporting live promotional and event campaigns for charitable causes across Bristol. As the city fills up with Christmas shoppers and festive crowds, you’ll be out engaging with the public, starting great conversations and closing new sign-ups. December is the busiest month of the year for giving, which means more conversations, more sales and more earning potential.

What the Role Involves
As a Seasonal Sales Assistant, you’ll be focused on turning conversations into results:

• Approaching and engaging members of the public face to face at events and promotional locations across Bristol
• Delivering a confident, friendly pitch on each campaign and the difference it makes
• Closing new sign-ups and donations through persuasive, respectful conversations
• Hitting daily and weekly sales targets during the busiest time of the year
• Handling questions and objections with confidence and professionalism
• Making every interaction positive, memorable and on-brand
• Working with a supportive team to smash campaign sales targets together

This role combines sales drive with great customer service, in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
