Seaside Café Team Member

15–16 hours per week | 3 days a week

We’re looking for a friendly, fun and reliable person to join our seaside café team!

If you love chatting to people, enjoy a busy café atmosphere and don’t mind getting stuck in, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing

Every day is a little different, but your role will include:

  • Welcoming customers with a smile and making them feel at home
  • Taking orders on our till, serving delicious food, drinks and treats
  • Making coffees, teas and other drinks
  • Keeping the café clean, tidy and looking its best
  • General café duties
  • Working as part of a small, friendly team
  • Most importantly… helping make sure our customers have a great time by the sea!

What we’re looking for

You don’t need years of café experience — a great attitude goes a long way!

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Friendly, approachable and happy to chat to customers
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Comfortable working in a busy environment
  • A team player who is happy to muck in wherever needed
  • Confident, positive and willing to learn
  • Able to keep smiling even when the coffee machine is having a bad day!

The hours

The role is 15–16 hours per week, spread over 3 days.

Some weekend and holiday availability will be required, as those are often our busiest (and most fun!) days.
