Full job description

SUPERVISOR

As a Supervisior, you will be involved in the day - to - day running of the store, keeping operations running smoothly and driving service excellence whilst supporting the Store Manager by using your customer orientated positive attitude to lead your team to success.

COFFEE AND FOOD

- Make outstanding coffee, drinks and food. Show off your latte art - get creative and your team will follow

- Become an expert on all products and recipes and share any updates with the team

- Train new Baristas, sharing knowledge and expertise so they can excel. Quality assurance is a core part of this role

STANDARDS AND SERVICE

- Ensure a clean, fully operational store, including maintenance and cleaning of coffee machines and grinders

- Proactively support the Store Manager in ensuring the team maintains compliance standards and Health and Safety is in line with company expectations

- Professionally handling in store customer complaints and escalations

- Deliver unforgettable customer service to create genuine connections and turn every customer into a regular

LEADERSHIP

-Allocate team positions to maximise efficiency and play to team strengths. Follow Aces in Places

- Open and close the store when scheduled and act as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager

Assure full availability to drive sales and keep waste within the target. Assist with stock levels and inventory

- Lead by example, motivate and train the team on the required behavioural standards, quality products and great service that has to be provided to customers

- Support the Store Manager in reviewing store data and use the data to meet the stores Key Performance Indicators

HOW TO EXCEL IN THIS JOB

In order to excel in this role, we would love to see you go above and beyond to rid the world of boring, average tasting coffee. Bring your positive attitude to boost morale and show initiative with tasks on shift. As our company expands, it allows for rapid growth for our team so don't be afraid to chat progression and development with your Manager.
