Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
Working pattern: Monday to Friday 40 hours (7:30am - 4pm)
Location: Denham, Uxbridge, UB9 5HJ

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead the full site operation across both outlets (grab & go coffee shop + high-end restaurant)

  • Oversee both front and back of house teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day service

  • Deliver a high-quality food and customer experience in a premium workplace setting

  • Manage team performance, rotas, and ongoing development

  • Drive commercial performance, focusing on speed of service and efficiency

  • Support the launch and growth of a flagship, multi-faceted site

  • Build strong client relationships and ensure expectations are exceeded

  • Maintain high standards across health & safety, hygiene, and compliance


Our Ideal Candidate:
  • Background in fast-paced, high-quality environments (e.g. premium QSR like Leon)

  • Commercially aware with a strong focus on service speed and quality

  • Experience in workplace catering is a bonus, but not essential

  • Adaptable and comfortable in a brand-new, evolving concept

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to grow teams

  • Hands-on, proactive, and excited by a flagship opening
