Full job description

Location: Cafe Corretto
Menu: Full Breakfast, Brunch & All-Day Menu
Environment: Very busy, high-volume venue

We are looking for an experienced Breakfast Chef to join our team at Cafe Corretto. The successful candidate will be confident working in a fast-paced kitchen and able to consistently deliver high-quality breakfast and brunch dishes during busy service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook breakfast, brunch, and all-day menu items to a high standard
  • Manage a busy breakfast service efficiently and calmly
  • Maintain excellent food quality, consistency, and presentation
  • Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures
  • Implement and maintain HACCP controls in daily operations
  • Ensure correct food storage, labelling, temperature control, and cleaning
  • Work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly during service

Requirements:

* Eligible to work in the UK

  • Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef in a busy café or restaurant
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and HACCP procedures
  • Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate (required)
  • Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume environment
  • Reliable, organised, and professional attitude
  • * Well spoken English

Pay:

  • Hourly rate dependent on experience
