Our client is seeking a confident and motivated Telesales Representative to join their friendly and supportive team based in Yate. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and growing business that values excellent customer service, teamwork and professional development.

The Role

Working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, your responsibilities will include:

  • Making outbound calls to existing, lapsed and prospective customers
  • Building strong customer relationships to retain and grow business
  • Providing quotations and handling customer enquiries
  • Updating and maintaining CRM records and marketing databases
  • Recording customer feedback and reasons for lost business
  • Responding to customer emails in a professional and timely manner
  • Communicating market trends and customer insights internally
  • Delivering outstanding customer service at every interaction
  • Supporting the team with general administrative duties

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous sales or telesales experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • A confident and professional telephone manner
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to build rapport and gain customer trust
  • A resilient, motivated and target-driven attitude
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Good IT skills, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • An understanding of data protection principles
  • The ability to commute to Yate on a daily basis
