We're looking for a mid-weight Videographer and Video Editor with proven agency or in-house experience to join the EY3 Media team in Manchester.

This is primarily a camera-first role. You'll be a confident, experienced shooter who can also take footage through to a polished edit. You'll work across a diverse client portfolio, covering everything from premium brand films and documentary-style content to fast-turnaround social-first video.

We craft premium, narrative-driven campaigns for globally recognised brands including Disney, Ferrari, Nike, Red Bull, Bloomberg Media, Estée Lauder, Cartier and The United Nations.

We're a collaborative team that values precision, quality and creative ambition. From concept to delivery, everything is built in-house.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Operating camera on shoots across a wide range of formats, environments and client briefs
• Setting up and managing lighting, audio and on-set equipment to professional broadcast standard
• Taking your own footage through to finished edit, including colour grading and sound
• Editing content from other shoots and team members when required
• Cutting platform-native social content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube) alongside longer brand and documentary formats
• Collaborating with Creative Directors, Producers and Account teams from pre-production through to delivery
• Managing kit, maintaining equipment and flagging any technical issues proactively
• Delivering all content on time, to spec and to the standard EY3 clients expect

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a videographer or camera operator in an agency or production environment
• A strong reel showing real range across formats, settings and client types
• Confident and experienced with professional camera systems and on-set discipline
• Solid editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro and working knowledge of After Effects
• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, sound and visual storytelling
• Able to work across multiple client brands, each with different standards and expectations
• Organised, reliable and calm under pressure, both on set and in post
• Full UK driving licence preferred
