About Invent Homes & The Role

Invent Homes is an ambitious and growing luxury interiors business specialising in high-end kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, tiles and interior design.

We are looking for an exceptional individual to work closely with the Managing Director in a unique role combining Executive Personal Assistant, Business Support, Social Media, Content Creation and Brand Ambassador responsibilities.

This is not a traditional PA or office-based position.

The successful candidate will work directly alongside the Managing Director and will be involved across Invent Homes and multiple premium businesses and commercial ventures, including a major premium and prestige car dealership.

The role combines executive support, luxury brands, social media, content creation, business, travel, events, networking and lifestyle.

No two days are necessarily the same.

The Opportunity

We are looking for someone who can become a recognisable face of the Invent Homes brand and an important member of the Managing Director’s wider team.

You will need to be exceptionally well presented, confident, intelligent, organised, sociable and comfortable being on camera.

The ideal candidate could come from a background in modelling, social media, content creation, luxury retail, hospitality, fashion, automotive, property, events or executive support.

You do not need to have been a professional model or influencer, but you must have the confidence, appearance and personality to represent premium brands naturally and professionally.

A modelling or promotional background would be particularly advantageous, as a significant part of the role will involve representing the businesses visually through photography and video content.

Working Across Multiple Premium Businesses

The role will involve supporting the Managing Director across multiple businesses, ventures and commercial projects.

One of the businesses is a major premium and prestige car dealership, alongside Invent Homes and other commercial interests.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting the Managing Director across multiple businesses and ventures.
• Assisting with business projects and commercial opportunities.
• Organising meetings and appointments across different businesses.
• Carrying out research into new opportunities.
• Assisting with business development projects.
• Supporting events, networking and supplier relationships.
• Helping coordinate activities across different companies.
• Creating social media and lifestyle content across different brands.
• Supporting the Managing Director’s wider professional profile and personal brand.
• Travelling with the Managing Director for business and lifestyle-related activities when required.

You may find yourself filming content in a luxury interiors showroom one day, working around prestige vehicles the next, attending a supplier or automotive event after that, and travelling internationally for a business opportunity later in the month.

This is a genuinely varied role for someone who enjoys cars, luxury, interiors, fashion, travel, social media and business.

Executive & Personal Assistant Responsibilities

Working directly with the Managing Director, you will help keep his professional schedule, business activities and selected personal arrangements organised.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing the Managing Director’s diary, appointments and schedule.
• Organising meetings, calls and appointments.
• Managing reminders, follow-ups and important deadlines.
• Assisting with business and personal travel arrangements.
• Booking flights, hotels, restaurants, transport and activities.
• Preparing information and documents for meetings.
• Assisting with emails, correspondence and administration.
• Conducting research and completing ad-hoc tasks.
• Organising business meetings, dinners, events and appointments.
• Assisting with selected personal organisation and arrangements.
• Accompanying the Managing Director to selected meetings and events.
• Keeping track of important tasks and ensuring they are followed through.
• Anticipating what needs to be done rather than waiting to be instructed.
• Maintaining complete confidentiality and professionalism.

We are looking for someone who can think ahead, take initiative and get things done.

You should be the type of person who notices something needs doing and deals with it rather than waiting to be asked.

International Travel

You must be willing and able to travel abroad with the Managing Director when required.

Travel may include:

• International business trips.

• Lifestyle and social media opportunities.

The role could involve travelling to different destinations throughout the UK and internationally.

Social Media & Brand Ambassador

A major part of the role will be helping develop the public image and social media presence of Invent Homes and the wider businesses.

You will become one of the faces of the brands.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Appearing confidently in Instagram Reels, TikToks and other video content.
• Being comfortable having your photograph and video taken regularly.
• Presenting kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, tiles and showroom displays.
• Appearing alongside premium and prestige vehicles where appropriate.
• Appearing in lifestyle and behind-the-scenes content.
• Filming showroom tours and product features.
• Helping create engaging short-form video content.
• Taking photographs and videos for social media.
• Assisting with Instagram and TikTok posting.
• Helping develop creative ideas for content.
• Researching current social media trends.
• Suggesting new content concepts and campaigns.
• Attending supplier visits, events and launches to capture content.
• Helping showcase the personality and growth of the businesses.
• Supporting the Managing Director’s professional social media presence.
• Creating content around business, entrepreneurship, luxury interiors, automotive, lifestyle and travel.
• Supporting content across other businesses and ventures where appropriate.

You will not simply be managing social media from behind a computer — you will be part of the content.

Camera Confidence & Presentation

You must be genuinely comfortable being on camera.

You should be able to:

• Speak naturally to camera.
• Present products confidently.
• Appear naturally in photographs and videos.
• Communicate with personality.
• Represent premium brands professionally.
• Take direction during filming.
• Film content in different environments.
• Attend events and confidently represent the company.

A background in modelling, influencing, presenting, promotional work, content creation or social media would be a major advantage.

We are particularly interested in candidates with strong personal presentation, natural camera presence and the ability to represent a luxury brand.

You will regularly be in front of clients, suppliers, business owners and cameras, so appearance, professionalism and confidence are important aspects of the role.

Showroom & Business Support

When required, you will also support the Invent Homes showroom and wider team with administrative and organisational duties.

This may include:

• Supporting kitchen, bathroom and bedroom designers.
• Preparing and organising paperwork.
• Updating customer and project information.
• Maintaining spreadsheets and CRM information.
• Organising appointments.
• Assisting with customer documentation.
• Helping sales staff remain organised.
• Supporting the showroom during busy periods.
• Completing general business administration.
• Assisting with projects delegated by the Managing Director.
