Full job description

We are recruiting for a Documentary & Social Media Creator Videographer to join our team to cover a fixed period of 1st July to 1st September to document the Fleadh 2026 in Belfast.

A primary part of the role will be to film the following styles of content:

  • Documentary “run and gun PD” style for socials / web / tv
  • Planning social media content including viral videos for TikTok & Instagram Reels etc.
  • B Roll of tasks / teams / employees working
  • Working with our Drone Pilots, capture video from our drones to support video production as well as filming specifically for each client’s needs

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our Creative Lead & marketing team to develop concepts and storyboards for videos
  • Operate cameras, lighting equipment, and audio gear during shoots
  • Support our editing team to create high-quality videos that meet our brand standards
  • Collaborate with the team to produce engaging video content for social media, websites, and other marketing channels
  • Full video editing responsibilities
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques, and make recommendations for new approaches and tools to enhance our video production capabilities

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in video production and editing
  • Knowledge of camera operation, lighting, and audio recording techniques
  • Experience of managing and archiving media from range of sources in multiple formats
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your videography skills
  • Operate cameras, lighting equipment, and audio gear during shoots
  • Plan the capture of footage to create high-quality videos that meet our brand standards
  • Collaborate with the team to produce engaging video content for social media, websites, and other marketing channels
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques, and make recommendations for new approaches and tools to enhance our video production capabilities

You need to hold a full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points for this role.
