Senior Mortgage Advisor – Thanet, Kent

Basic Salary: Up to £28,000 + Car / Car Allowance
OTE: £45,000 Year 1 | £65,000+ Year 2

Cameron James Professional Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced Senior Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker to join a highly successful estate agency-based financial services team in Thanet.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a CeMAP qualified Mortgage Advisor looking for high-quality leads, uncapped commission, excellent earning potential, and strong career progression within a well-established and respected estate agency brand.

The Role

• Provide mortgage and protection advice to clients
• Handle purchase, remortgage and buy-to-let business
• Advise on life insurance, critical illness and income protection
• Convert estate agency referrals into completed business
• Manage your own pipeline from enquiry to completion
• Maintain FCA compliance and deliver excellent customer service

Requirements

• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
• Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker
• Strong mortgage and protection knowledge
• Target-driven and highly motivated
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Estate agency experience beneficial but not essential
