- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, alongside psychiatrists, nurses, and other therapists
- Contribute to formulation, treatment planning, and clinical reviews
- Maintain clear, accurate, and timely clinical documentation
- Uphold professional, ethical, and confidentiality standards at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Post-qualification experience delivering therapy in mental health and/or addiction settings
- Formal training and clinical experience in evidence-based psychological therapies, particularly CBT and/or EMDR
- Experience working with trauma presentations and substance use disorders
- Confidence delivering both individual and group therapy
- A thoughtful, grounded, and client-centred therapeutic style
- Ability to work effectively within a structured clinical environment
What We Offer
- A supportive and experienced multidisciplinary team
- Regular clinical supervision and opportunities for ongoing professional development
- A calm, well-resourced working environment set within private grounds
