The Essentials:

  • Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 basic + uncapped commission (£60,000 OTE)
  • Contract: Full-time (40 hours/week), with overtime available
  • Hours: Monday–Friday 9am–6pm, with two 10am–7pm shifts per week. Occasional weekends with time off in lieu

What your day will look like:

  • Connecting with warm leads to understand what customers need
  • Guiding them through the car finance process, from quote to completion

  • Using our bespoke tech platform to manage and streamline each journey
  • Closing deals and celebrating your wins

About You
What We’re Looking For:

  • 12-18 month+ experience in sales and customer service
  • Worked in Sales role in past 12 months
  • A love for targets, performance, and hitting the top of the leaderboard
  • Quick rapport-building skills and a customer-first mindset
  • A high-energy, collaborative attitude
  • Self-motivated and driven – but always a team player
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, rewarding environment
