About Us:

Established in 1995, LPC Maintenance Limited, is a London based property maintenance company providing a comprehensive range of services, including planned preventive and reactive maintenance with exceptional customisation to individual client requirements. We are a growing team, currently comprising 40 professionals, including qualified gas safety and heating engineers, plumbers, electricians, carpenters, painters, and tradesmen. We carry out repairs and maintenance to both residential and commercial properties on behalf of private owners, tenants, and landlords. Our services cater to London and Greater London areas.

Job Description:

We’re looking for an experienced multi-trade engineer with a wealth of knowledge and effective methods within tenanted properties within the Milton Keynes, but will be asked to cover other areas if required.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Installations, repairs and maintenance work with a particular focus on carpentry and tiling work
  • Basic Plumbing
  • Lock changes to windows and doors, window repairs etc
  • Knowledge of plastering and painting
  • Tiling, brickwork and pointing works
  • Fault finding and ensuring satisfactory fault rectification
  • Happy to work multiple locations.
  • General Property Maintenance

Qualification and Skills:

  • GCSE or equivalent
  • CSCS Card
  • UK Driving Licence (required)
  • Minimum 5 years experience as a multi-trader (required)
  • Carpentry experience will be advantageous
  • Must reside in the MK postcode
