Sales Specialist

The Job: As Sales Specialist, you will sell a range of neurodiagnostic equipment, accessories and consumables. In this fully autonomous role where you'll have complete ownership of your accounts, you'll use your commercial aptitude and relationship building skills to network throughout different departments and maximise sales opportunities within the accounts. You'll be responsible for developing relationships with neurophysiology, vascular, medical physics, sleep and respiratory and procurement departments. Working for one of the leading UK diagnostic neurodiagnostic equipment suppliers, you will be required to:

Provide high level applications support and training to clinical users
Presentations and customer product evaluations (including in theatre)
Assist with on-site networked equipment installations
Full product training will be provided.

Main Responsibilities

Providing high level support to customers
Keep up to date company CRM
Perform product demonstrations to customers
Organising customer site visits and product evaluations
Develop and maintain good contact with customers
Being part of a team installing networked systems at hospital sites
Providing some in-house applications training
Attending academic and clinical meetings to promote our products and keep up to date with developments

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Qualification to appropriate degree or postgraduate level
Clinical experience of performing EEG, NCS or IOM (desirable)
A thorough understanding of our products and their clinical applications (full product training will be provided)
Good technical “know how” and an interest in IT and medical technology
Excellent communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to relate well to customers
Good presentation skills
Full clean driving licence
Located in UK in the Southern region
