1st Enable Ltd is seeking a Team Leader/Deputy Manager to assist the Service Manager in providing outstanding support to individuals who enjoy active lives.

The Team Leader/Deputy Manager role requires flexibility with shift work, including on-call duties, and involves two days of office administration. You will work on a rotation that includes every other weekend to ensure smooth service delivery.

Team Leader/Deputy Manager Role & Responsibilities

  • Deputise for the Service Manager in their absence
  • Manage rota and ensure effective service delivery
  • Provide on-call support across multiple services as required
  • Handle incidents with on-call advice and assistance
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with individuals
  • Deliver care as outlined in care and person-centred plans
  • Assist individuals with daily personal care tasks

Qualifications

  • A Level 2 qualification or above in health and social care is desirable; support for achieving this qualification is available
  • Experience as a Support Team Leader, Senior Support Worker, Senior Health Care Assistant, or Deputy Manager preferred

Driving licence preferred; however, your own vehicle is not required, as the people we support have access to their own vehicles.

Please note: this role is subject to satisfactory employment references covering the last 3 years and completion of ID verification in line with DBS requirements.
