Supported Living Service- Support Worker Female applicants only

(advertised in accordance with the Equality Act 2010 (Schedule 9, Part 1) as a genuine occupational qualification for the post).

Please note this service is not registered with the CQC but practise is influenced by their guidance.

This unique service is designed to provide a bespoke service for each member of a small Religious Community. The purpose of this role is to ensure that the Sisters are provided with the highest quality of support by facilitating each person to live an independent and fulfilled life. You will support a small team of staff in the governance of this service in an efficient and effective manner in the aims and objectives of the service.

What we need from you as a Support Worker

Essential Criteria:

  • Proven experience in exceptional care of the elderly, and essentially a recognised Health or Social Care qualification
  • Proven experience working in a team.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good organisational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Display values of the service of Hospitality, Impartiality, Integrity and Courtesy in day-to-day practices
  • Maintain confidentiality, honesty, and reliability.
  • Be able to work across the 24/7 continuum including sleep overs
  • Experience with the use of Microsoft Office
  • Holder of a full UK driving licence.
  • To be eligible to apply for this role, you must live within a commutable distance to Ealing

Salary/package: Hourly rate £15.00 per hour, working on a variety of shift patterns . Example of shifts can be 8am – 3pm/ 3pm – 9pm with occasional sleepovers.
