Full job description

We're recruiting dedicated and compassionate End of Life Care Assistants to join our Specialist Services Team to provide care to our clients in and around the Spalding area.

You will be supporting end of life young people and adults, this will involve all aspects of care. You will be a lifeline for the service user and their families, providing much needed support and respite.

We have full time and part time roles available, working 7-2 or 3-10 shifts with alternate weekends. We also have 7:30am to 6:30pm shifts available with alternate weekends .

We provide a comprehensive training and induction programme, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role working as a Care Worker in the Specialist Team.

We are looking for people who have excellent people skills, are great communicators and can work effectively in a team as well as independently. We will offer GH contracts from day one for female drivers seeking full-time work.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience is preferred but not required
  • Drivers Licence and access to a vehicle
  • You will be subject to a DBS/PVG check and references
