About the Role

As a Care and Support Worker, you will provide person-centred care and support tailored to each individual's needs. Your duties may include:

  • Supporting with personal care
  • Assisting with meals and hydration
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Administering medication
  • Helping with light household tasks
  • Encouraging independence and wellbeing
  • Maintaining accurate care records
  • Communicating effectively with colleagues and healthcare professionals

No previous care experience is needed. Our induction and ongoing training will provide you with all the skills and confidence you need to succeed. What matters most is your kindness, patience and willingness to learn.

Pay & Hours

Pay: £12.71–£13.01 per hour

We have a range of shifts available, including:

  • Evening shifts: 3:00pm – 10:00pm
  • Some morning shifts: 7:00am – 2:00pm

Applicants must be available to work alternate weekends.
