The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our senior leadership team as an Area Manager, overseeing a portfolio of care homes across Devon & Somerset. This role is perfect for an experienced Home Manager or multi-site leader looking to take the next step into portfolio management.

As Area Manager, you will be responsible for driving quality standards, operational excellence, and positive outcomes for both residents and staff across your homes. You’ll lead and support Home Managers, working closely with senior leadership to help shape the future of Rose Care Group.
