This role would suit someone who enjoys being visible in the home, building genuine relationships, and leading a close-knit team where everyone knows the residents well.

About the Role

  • Leading and supporting a small, dedicated staff team
  • Ensuring high standards of person-centred care
  • Maintaining CQC compliance and good practice
  • Building positive relationships with residents’ families and professionals
  • Overseeing staff rotas, recruitment, supervision, and training
  • Ensuring safeguarding, medication, and health & safety standards are met

About You

  • Experience as a Care Home Manager or Deputy Manager
  • A genuine passion for caring for older people
  • Strong understanding of CQC requirements
  • NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
  • A warm, hands-on, and supportive leadership style
  • Someone who values teamwork, dignity, and kindness

What We Offer

  • A small, friendly home where you can really make a difference
  • Supportive ownership and a close working relationship
  • A calm and welcoming working environment
  • Competitive salary based on experience
  • Ongoing support and development
