Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated and experienced Female Senior Carer who is a driver to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in senior care, within a UK home care setting. This role requires a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients through attentive and personalised care.

Duties

  • Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide medication administration as prescribed and ensure adherence to care plans.
  • Support clients with mobility and heavy lifting as necessary, ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Engage clients in social activities and companionship to promote emotional well-being.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient care and report any changes in condition to the appropriate personnel.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals in case management to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
  • Ensure a clean and safe environment for clients, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Skills

  • Proven experience in senior care or within a home care environment in the UK is essential.
