Health Care Practitioner. Burscough Manor Care Home

Rate of pay: 12.88 per hour
Contracted hours: 33 (3 shifts), 38.5 (3-4 shifts) or 44 (4 shifts) per week
Shift Times: Days: 8am-8pm | Nights: 8pm-8am

We're looking for compassionate and experienced Health Care Practitioner who are passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

What You'll Do

Support residents with personal care, mobility and daily living needs.
Assist with meals, hydration and daily routines.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Encourage independence and participation in activities.
Monitor residents' wellbeing and report any concerns.
Maintain accurate care records.
Work closely with colleagues to deliver outstanding care.
For night roles, help ensure residents remain safe, comfortable and well-supported throughout the night.

About You

Previous care experience is preferred, but we'll also consider candidates with the right values and attitude.
Compassionate, patient and genuinely motivated to help others.
Reliable, committed and a strong team player.
Confident supporting residents with dignity and respect.
Flexible to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends.
For night roles, a natural night owl who thrives in a night-working environment and can remain alert and responsive throughout the night.
