- Act as a positive role model, maintaining high standards of care and professional practice.
- Support the Registered Manager with day-to-day operations and compliance with Ofsted regulations.
- Complete and oversee accurate record-keeping, risk assessments, and incident reports.
- Build positive relationships with families, social workers, education providers and healthcare professionals.
- Safeguard children and promote their welfare at all times.
- Administer medication where appropriately trained.

- Previous experience supervising, mentoring or leading staff.
- Good knowledge of safeguarding, children's legislation and Ofsted standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills.
- Ability to remain calm and confident in challenging situations.
- Full UK driving licence (preferred).
Desirable:
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards).
- Experience supporting children with autism, communication difficulties or behaviours that challenge.
What We Offer
- Generous Staff Perks & High Street Discounts Scheme
