Belgrave Care is a small to medium business in Chester, we support people in their own homes. Our goal is to maintain the quality care we have provided over the last 10.5 years this role is being advertised due to an increase in customers and carers to help support the office team.

The role of a Home care Supervisor is pivotal to the support of the care team you would be responsible for the on - going field supervision of the Community Care workers , ensuring our customers needs are met whilst maintaining the quality and compliance of care .

The role also would include manual handling support and on site observations . You would also be involved in updating Care Plans and assessment's and charts within the office . A good knowledge of Compliance is essential in this role and Computer literate.

You must possess a minimum of NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care ) as this is a senior role and willing to work towards and NVQ 3 with our support.

Commitment drive and a passion for care are needed for this role as well as flexibility as you would be expected also to work some weekends and evenings when needed for on call duties which is once weekend in four. You must have your own car this is an essential requirement . A good sense of humour is a " must " as the office team always have time for " a laugh " with our customers or carers , it makes our day ". if this is you then please call for more information this is a wonderful opportunity to work with a company with a brilliant reputation.
