At Candy Care Group, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centred care that promotes independence, dignity, and wellbeing.

We are currently looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and flexible Live-In Carer to join our Complex Care Service and support one of our clients within their own home.

Our client is independent but requires assistance, support, and prompting with daily living activities.

Your Role Will Include:

- Assisting and prompting with medication

- Food preparation and meal support

- Supporting daily routines and wellbeing

- Completing accurate care notes and records

- Using online care plans and IT systems

- Working independently as a lone worker within the client’s home

What We’re Looking For:

- A caring and compassionate nature

- Good communication and literacy skills

- Experience working within care or in a client’s home

- Confidence using IT systems and online care plans

- Flexible and reliable approach to work

What We Offer:

- £150 per day

- £35 weekly food allowance

- Free online training

- Face-to-face complex care training

- Assistance with Blue Light Card application

- Friendly and supportive management team

- Shift patterns and arrangements will be discussed at interview.
