Sohal Healthcare is recruiting experienced Senior Carers to join our team at Brook House, part of our group of care homes across Essex.

Location: White Colne, Colchester, Essex | Hours: Full and part-time, flexible shifts | Pay: Highly competitive rates of pay

What we're looking for:

  • Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) – essential
  • Proven experience in a senior care role within a residential setting
  • Confident leading shifts, supporting care staff, and administering medication
  • Strong understanding of person-centred care, safeguarding, and CQC standards
  • Flexibility across days, nights, and weekends
