We’re looking for a motivated HGV Resourcer to join our team and play a key role in connecting skilled drivers with fantastic opportunities.

What You’ll Do:

  • Source, screen, and register HGV drivers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations and right-to-work checks.
  • Support recruiters with bookings and workforce planning.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to both drivers and clients.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Highly organised with attention to detail
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
✅ Recruitment experience (preferred, but not essential)
