Turkish-Speaking Nurse / Caregiver – Central London

We are seeking a compassionate, professional, and dedicated Turkish-speaking Nurse or Caregiver to join our experienced team providing 24/7 home-based care for an elderly gentleman living with dementia in Central London.

You will be joining a supportive and well-established care team committed to delivering exceptional, person-centred care in a comfortable home environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and daily living support, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and general wellbeing.
  • Administer medications as prescribed and ensure all care plans are followed accurately.
  • Support with mobility, transfers, and safe movement around the home.
  • Assist with meal preparation and ensure nutritional needs are met.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support, encouraging engagement through meaningful activities such as walks in the park, puzzles, and mental stimulation.
  • Monitor and record any changes in health or behaviour, promptly communicating concerns to the medical team.

Requirements

  • Background in nursing or healthcare, with relevant qualifications.
  • Fluent Turkish speaker with good English communication skills.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in caregiving roles (home care, elderly care, or dementia support).
  • Proven experience in dementia or elderly care, with a compassionate and patient approach.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team providing continuous (24/7) care.
