Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the setup, execution, and breakdown of events.
  • Act as the main point of contact for guests during events.
  • Ensure team members are briefed and allocated appropriately.
  • Monitor service standards and provide on-the-job coaching.
  • Liaise with kitchen and IT teams to ensure smooth coordination.
  • Assist with stock control and ordering of supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with health safety procedures.
