Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting dentists during a wide range of procedures, including Pediatric, Cosmetic, Orthodontic, and Implants
  • Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining a high standard of infection control
  • Supporting orthodontic treatments, including Invisalign
  • Providing exceptional chairside support and patient care
  • Building rapport with patients to ensure a seamless, premium experience
  • Working efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment while remaining calm and professional

Requirements

  • Certified Dental Assistant qualification (CDA or equivalent)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Dental Assistant in a high-quality dental clinic
  • Experience assisting with orthodontic treatments (Invisalign experience highly desirable)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to professional growth and continued learning
  • Ability to relocate to the Cayman Islands immediately
