Blossom Home Care in Durham is a local family-owned business, part of a network who have proudly cared for people across the region since 2015. We deliver care to people in their own homes and all our clients have a minimum 50-minute visit and set visit times which means they know what time we're going to get there. To be able to offer this, we can only take on carers who can drive and have access to a car for work.

Working for Blossom

The most rewarding care job in Durham, and here’s why… we provide care and support to our clients – support in so many positive and rewarding ways. Each client’s care plan is as unique as they are; we want our clients to continue to enjoy the things that can make a real difference to their lives for as long as they are able – leading to happier people to care for.

Premium care doesn’t mean more pressure for you, longer visit times take the pressure off so you have time to chat and interact with each client so you get to 'know' them and can build strong, professional relationships. Don't just take our word for it, here's what some of our carers have had to say:

"Highly recommend these, I've worked for a lot of companies but these are something different!"

"I am currently working for Blossom Home Care. I have worked with many companies in my 11 years experience and I can honestly say that I am proud to be part of this growing family. I would 1000% without a doubt trust them with any of my family because the are absolutely fantastic and go that extra mile for anyone that the provide care for. It wasn't easy getting my job because, unlike any care company that I have worked for they made sure that I was what they were looking for because they actually CARE! I'm proud to be part of Blossom Durham!"
