Raven Joinery & Refurbishment Ltd is seeking a reliable, versatile and professional Multi‑Skilled Joiner to join our growing operational team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident working independently across a wide range of small reactive tasks as well as larger planned works, delivering high‑quality workmanship and excellent customer service. While the core hours are Monday/Friday, occasional out‑of‑hours and weekend work may be required to support operational demands.

About the Role

You will work across the North West region, attending both domestic and commercial properties to complete a variety of joinery, building and general maintenance tasks. The role requires someone who is comfortable switching between small, fast‑paced reactive jobs and longer, planned works, maintaining a consistent standard of quality throughout.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out multi‑trade tasks including joinery, basic plumbing, patch plastering & decorational works, minor brickwork, and general building repairs- Please note this is a small description and not limited to.
• Attend reactive maintenance jobs, diagnosing issues and completing repairs efficiently.
• Deliver planned works such as refurbishments, minor installations, and scheduled property improvements.
• Maintain a professional approach with clients, tenants and colleagues at all times.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, in line with company procedures and relevant regulations.
• Keep accurate records of work completed using our companies' digital systems.
• Represent the company positively while working independently across the region.
• Support occasional out‑of‑hours and weekend works when operationally required.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a multi‑skilled trades role, ideally within maintenance, joinery or refurbishment.
• Confidence working on small jobs that require a mix of trades.
• Ability to undertake larger planned works with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach.
• Strong ability to work as part of a team if and when required
• Full UK driving licence.
• Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
• Willingness to support occasional out‑of‑hours and weekend work.
• Ability to provide a relevant trade qualification or equivalent evidence of competency.

Pay: £16.50-£17.50 per hour
