Role Overview:

You will be responsible for first and second fix carpentry on a prestigious property, including roof structures, interior fittings, and finishing work. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a unique project and showcase your skills in a high-spec environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute first and second fix carpentry tasks to a high standard.

• Construct roof structures, including framing and detailing.

• Install internal features such as doors, skirting, and cabinetry.

• Work collaboratively with the project team to ensure quality and deadlines are met.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in first and second fix carpentry.

• Familiarity with roof structure assembly and internal joinery.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality finishes.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Own tools and reliable transport (preferred).
