Overview
We are seeking a skilled Joiner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in site joinery techniques, with a focus on quality workmanship and attention to detail. This role requires both creativity and technical skills to ensure that projects are completed to the highest standards.

Duties

• Construct, assemble, and install wooden structures, frameworks, and fixtures.
• Fabricate components using power tools and hand tools with precision.
• Perform heavy lifting as required during the assembly and installation processes.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure seamless project execution..
• Ensure all work is compliant with safety regulations and building codes.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks on tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Joiner or in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
• Strong understanding of roofing, and carpentry practices is advantageous.
• Ability to lift heavy materials safely and efficiently.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively within a team environment.
• A valid driver's licence may be required for transportation between job sites.

Pay: £20.00-£25.00 per hour
