Experienced Carpenter Wanted

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and reliable Carpenter to join our team on upcoming projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with strong experience across all stages of carpentry, particularly in both first fix and second fix work, as well as cut and pitch roofing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out all aspects of first fix carpentry, including structural framing, joists, stud walls, and roof construction
  • Complete second fix carpentry to a high standard, including doors, skirting, architraves, and finishing details
  • Construct and install cut and pitch roofs with precision and attention to detail
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and plans accurately
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in first and second fix carpentry
  • Strong background in cut and pitch roofing
  • Own tools and transport
  • Ability to deliver high-quality workmanship consistently
  • Good understanding of site safety and building regulations
