Tailored Wood Ltd is a friendly, dynamic, and fast-growing joinery company specialising in bespoke timber windows and doors. Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, we’re looking for an experienced Timber Window Fitter or Carpenter to join our professional and hardworking fitting team.

The Role:

As a key member of our installation team, you will:

  • Fit and install bespoke timber windows and doors to a high standard.
  • Work across a range of projects, from heritage restorations to high-end new builds.
  • Carry out finishing tasks including filling, sanding, and decorating to a high standard.
  • Maintain a keen eye for detail, ensuring every installation meets our exacting standards.
  • Liaise with clients and colleagues to ensure smooth, high-quality project delivery.
  • Represent Tailored Wood with professionalism and pride.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience fitting timber windows and doors.
  • Strong carpentry skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience with filling, sanding, and decorating timber to a high standard.
  • A keen eye for finish quality and craftsmanship.
  • Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Full UK driving licence – this is essential.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
