Installation Team – Conservatory Roof Replacements

About Us

Eco Home Group is a well-established home improvement company based in Poole, Dorset, specialising in conservatory roof replacement systems across the UK. Due to continued growth, we are looking for experienced Installation Teams to join our nationwide network.

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced two-person Installation Teams to carry out conservatory roof replacement installations to a high standard. You will be responsible for replacing existing conservatory roof panels and roof systems while delivering excellent workmanship and customer service. The ideal candidates will have previous experience within the conservatory, window, roofing or glazing industry and take pride in producing quality work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install conservatory roof replacement systems in accordance with company specifications.
  • Safely use a range of hand and power tools.
  • Ensure all installations are completed accurately, efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Identify and resolve any issues encountered during installation.
  • Liaise professionally with customers throughout the installation, keeping them informed of progress.
  • Work closely with the Operations and Technical teams to ensure installations run smoothly.
  • Complete all required installation paperwork and photographs.
  • Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area, ensuring customer properties are respected at all times.
  • Adhere to all Health & Safety procedures and company standards.

Experience & Skills

  • Previous experience installing conservatory roofs or conservatory roof replacement systems is essential.
  • Experience within the glazing, window, conservatory or roofing industry would be advantageous.
  • Competent in using a wide range of hand and power tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt on site.
  • Professional, reliable and customer-focused.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Essential Requirements

  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Ability to work away from home when required.
  • Own Van
  • Own tools preferred.
