We are seeking a focused and professional individual who can work effectively as part of a team while confidently managing their own workload.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced bench joiner to join our friendly yet driven workshop team. You must have at least 5 years’ experience in a workshop joinery environment and a strong understanding of all aspects of bench joinery.

This role involves working across a wide range of bespoke joinery projects, requiring proven capability in producing high‑quality work with consistency and attention to detail. Our workshop manufactures bespoke furniture, counters and custom joinery items, so adaptability is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manufacture bespoke items — Produce furniture, counters and fittings from technical drawings.
  • Operate machinery — Safely and efficiently use woodworking machinery and hand tools.
  • Maintain workspace — Keep a clean, organised and efficient working area.
  • Work independently — Manage tasks confidently while contributing positively to a collaborative team.
  • Deliver quality — Consistently achieve high standards of finish and craftsmanship.

About You

  • Workshop experience — Proven background in a workshop joinery environment.
  • Bench joinery knowledge — Strong understanding of bench joinery techniques and processes.
  • Technical drawing skills — Confident working from detailed technical drawings.
