Experienced Self-Employed Joiners – Regular Work Available

LY Joinery LTD | Lancashire, West Yorkshire & Manchester Areas

LY Joinery LTD is expanding our team of self-employed joiners to support a strong pipeline of ongoing and upcoming projects across the North West.

We are looking for experienced, dependable joiners who can work to a high standard without constant supervision. Our projects range from new-build housing and commercial sites through to domestic work.

What you’ll be doing

The workload varies between projects and can include:

  • 1st fix joinery
  • 2nd fix joinery
  • Final fix and finishing
  • Roof work
  • Chamber floors
  • Working accurately from site drawings
  • Completing work within agreed programmes
  • Maintaining professional and safe standards on site

What we need from you

You should be an experienced joiner with a professional approach to your work and a good standard of finish.

You’ll need a valid CSCS card, your own tools, PPE and transport, along with a full UK driving licence.

You must be comfortable working from drawings, meeting deadlines and working independently or alongside other trades when required.

Work & Rates

We have regular work available across Lancashire, West Yorkshire, Greater Manchester and surrounding North West areas, with occasional opportunities on projects elsewhere in the UK.

Competitive price work is available, alongside day-rate work where appropriate. Rates are agreed depending on experience, project requirements and the work involved.

We’re particularly interested in hearing from joiners looking to build an ongoing working relationship with LY Joinery LTD rather than simply picking up an occasional shift.
